Genevieve Lane

Genevieve Lane is an artistic producer with a background in anthropology. She brings a diverse skill set developed through roles in museums, human resources, tribal college, behavioral health, government, and public relations. A few years ago, her travels into the world of theater began when she stepped on stage as a first-time actor with New Native Theatre, and discovered how adaptability could evolve into a powerful form of communication, play, and self-awareness. She believes that many Native people share this ability to perform, and is committed to helping our community heal by seeing ourselves reflected in our own stories. She feels it is a privilege to be a part of this transformative process for others.
